A board that chimes when an order lands, a menu you control in Amharic and English, and a weekly statement that shows every order behind the number.

Before you order.
If something here is not clear, ask us directly.
Do you deliver to CMC yet?
Tell us your street — a person replies, usually the same day.
01Where does Time Delivery work?
We are starting with a pilot zone across central Addis Ababa and growing sub-city by sub-city, rather than claiming the whole city on day one. Enter your address in the app and it will tell you honestly whether we reach you yet.
02How do I pay?
Cash on delivery at launch — the way most of Addis already pays. The price you agree to before you order is the price the rider collects, and every order is receipted in the app.
03Can I follow my order?
Yes. Once a rider accepts, you see them move on the map, you get their name and plate, and you can call them. At handover the rider records who received it, with a photo when you ask for proof.
04How much does delivery cost?
A price per trip, quoted before you confirm — base fare plus distance, with the total shown in birr. No surprise fees added at the door.
05Is the app in Amharic?
Yes. Amharic and English, switchable any time, across the customer, rider and shop apps — not just the marketing page.
Be first in line when we open your area.
Tell us where you are and we will let you know the day Time Delivery reaches your street — and nothing else.
