01What does it cost?
A commission on the items you sell through Time Delivery, agreed with you in writing before you go live, plus the delivery fee the customer pays for the trip. We are still finalising the rate card for the pilot, so talk to us and you will get the actual numbers — not a range.
02When do I get paid?
Weekly. Every Monday we draft a statement for the week just finished, listing each delivered order, the commission and what you are owed. You see the same statement we do, in your portal.
03Who delivers my orders?
Our own riders. You mark an order ready and the nearest available rider is sent to you — you never manage a courier or chase a phone number.
04How long does it take to get started?
Once we have your trade licence details and your branch location, setting up the menu is the longest part — and you can do it yourself in the portal, or send us your menu and we will load it for you.
