01What does a delivery cost?
A base fare plus distance, quoted in birr before you confirm. Bigger parcels carry a small surcharge, shown in the same quote. The rider collects exactly that — nothing extra at the door.
02Can I cancel?
Yes, free, up until a rider has picked your order up. After that, call the rider or our support and we will sort it with you.
03What if nobody is home?
The rider calls the number on the order. If the recipient cannot be reached, the delivery is marked failed with a reason, and support picks it up from there — the order is never quietly abandoned.
04How big can a parcel be?
Small, medium and large — anything one rider can carry safely on a motorbike. Documents, spare parts, a cake, a forgotten laptop charger. Size is chosen when you send it, and priced up front.
